TXRaw - viewer for MTM textures.
================================

TXRaw is a very simple program for viewing MTM textures and
allowing them to be pasted into a graphics program.
To install, just put TXRaw.exe is a folder somewhere (eg your
Traxx folder might be a good place).

*** To get TXRaw set up you need to run the program on its own
one time - just double-click TXRaw.exe and you will see a question
box asking if you want TXRaw to be configured. Answer "Yes".

[To uninstall, run TXRaw on its own again and select "No" from
the question box]

From now on you should be able to double-click any RAW file in
explorer (or right-click and select "TXRaw View" from the menu),
and it will pop up on the screen.

If you prefer, you can create a shortcut to TXRaw.exe on your
desktop and drag RAW files onto it from Explorer.

To make the image go away just press any key or click it with
the mouse.

Once the image has been shown it is automatically put on the
clipboard, so you can then click "Paste" in PaintshopPro or
any other graphics program.

Version 1.11 Update 11/25/01
============================

Added support for terrain RAW files: 1024x1024x8 & 256x256x16
All terrain RAW files [recognised by "data" folder] are displayed
in greyscale (ie does not attempt to load a palette or use metalcr2
colors like it did before).
WARNING: 16-bit terrain files are copied to the clipboard and
displayed in 8 bits, thereby losing some greyscale resolution.
